Hyperloop explained...

Characteristics

In order to be ecological, they put solar panels at the top of all tubes (with the distance, its produces tremendous energy, enough to supply the energy needed to make Hyperloop work, and even to supply external installations). The speed of the pods can reach 700 miles per hour (1 102 km/h), which reduces a lot of travel time compared to trains and even to planes, it’s a revolution in the transports domain. The Hyperloop use the “Gauss principle" (which use magnetic properties [magnetic field’s reversal] to propel the pod to high speeds). The tube is made of special steel, which have elastic properties, needed to reduce strains on the material.

Average travel time per transport

For a distance of 878.2 kilometers

Location

This project can be placed everywhere (where trains usually are), but most preferred places are European and American big cities. Some prototypes were used in California. Countries like France, Slovenia, or states in USA like Nevada, and United Arab Emirates are interested in the project, if its becomes achievable. Hyperloop system is not only efficient in the internal city but also/mainly between cities

Function

Hyperloop is a kind of a railway means of transport, inspired from train, it has the same principle (a straight line from a point to another) but works differently. It's a project made by Tesla society, owned by Elon Musk. The goal is to make a breakthrough in the transport domain. The estimated cost is about 11 millions euros per kilometer compared to 15 to 30 millions euros per kilometer for the HST (TGV in France).

Parts

A magnetic field is used between the pod and tube to keep them together, in order to avoid friction, which can be fatal to the pod, with its speed. The pod is in a tube, which is maintained on the ground with pylons.

Solar panels will be part of the system, they'll be put on the top of  the tubes producing enough energy for the Hyperloop and to reinject some on the grid.

Others informations

The Hyperloop is of course able to transport people but  also able to transport commercial intended stuff ,at the same speed, which is quite amazing

"

Hyperloop is a new way to move people and things at airline speeds for the price of a bus ticket. It's on-demand, energy-efficient and safe.
